Ron had had a fit of gallantry and insisted Hermione sleep on the cushions from the sofa, so that her silhouette was raised above his. Her arm curved to the floor, her fingers inches from Ron’s. Harry wondered whether they had fallen asleep holding hands.

#i bet puck took this #i bet he was taking photos all night to embarrass people with them later #then after a week has gone by and the excitement of it all has faded away #he prints out a copy on really nice paper #and at first he teases kurt with it #like ‘hey dude i’ve got the best candid of you’ #’you look like such a giant dork you’re gonna be so embarrassed’ #then he finally shows him after days of mocking #he shows him this beautiful picture of him and his boyfirned #dancing together and making heart eyes at each other #and at first kurt’s shocked #he can’t even say anything #he just blushes furiously and stares down at the picture because his eyes are stinging and he doesn’t want puck to see#then he says something like #’wow what is my hair doing’ #’the lighting in this is awful puckerman’ #’it’s sad that you couldn’t get anywhere with lauren so you had to stalk me and blaine all night’ #but then he lokos up sort of shyly because he’s welling up #but he realises puck is too #and they both laugh awkwardly because puck doesn’t really do these kind of moments #and he just mumbles something like #’i just thought you’d want to remember him looking at you like that #so you don’t have to remember the stuff that went wrong’ #and kurt mumbles a ‘thank you’ #and they bro hug it out and puck slaps kurt on the back #and kurt doesn’t mind that it stings a little #because the guy who used to throw him in the dumpster is now one of his best friends #and in the old days he would have been the one to start to prom queen thing #but things have changed so much
